SMTX Contractors LLC transformed this living room with a custom electric fireplace build-out, a recessed TV area, and custom floating shelves.

The feature wall extends toward the ceiling, creating a striking focal point finished with limewash for soft texture and natural depth. Custom wood floating shelves add warmth and space to display decorative pieces, while the electric fireplace brings an inviting touch to the room.

From construction to the finishing details, this project brings together thoughtful design and careful craftsmanship to complement the home’s modern style.
