Master Suite Renovation: Bathroom Remodel, Flooring, Custom Mirror Replacement & Interior Painting

Project type

PRIMARY SUITE AND BATHROOM REMODEL

Date

MAY 2026

Location

BEllAIRE, TX

SMTX Contractors LLC transformed this primary suite and secondary bathroom with updated finishes, custom details, and thorough preparation.

In the primary bathroom, we completely demolished the old walk-in shower tile and walls, framed new shower walls, and installed all-new wall and floor tile from the ground up. We also installed clear-glass windows for a modern appearance and improved visibility.

We custom-framed and installed new mirrors in both the primary and secondary bathrooms, creating a polished look that complements each space.

Throughout the primary suite, we replaced the existing carpet with new flooring. Before installation, we carefully prepared the concrete subfloor and applied a moisture-barrier primer.

In the secondary bathroom, we replaced the existing vanity countertop with new granite, adding a refined and durable finish. During construction, we enclosed the closet area to help protect our clients’ clothing and personal belongings from dust.
